These terms apply to bookings, memberships and gift cards bought on wajhsociety.com from WAJH, The H Tower, M1, Jasim Boodai Street, Sharq, Kuwait City.

Prices & payment

Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Payment is taken online by Hesabe (KNET, Visa, Mastercard). An order is confirmed only once Hesabe confirms the payment to us.

Bookings

Your appointment is created when your payment is confirmed. If the chosen time is taken by someone else between payment and confirmation, we will contact you on WhatsApp to choose another time; your payment is kept as credit or refunded at your choice.

Memberships

A membership starts (is activated) at your first treatment, not on the purchase date. Validity runs from activation: 1 month for ON THE GO, LIFT, ON THE GO+ and LIFT+; 2 months for SCULPT, DETOX, SCULPT+ and DETOX+. Membership is personal and non-transferable, and sessions cannot be shared with others. Unused sessions expire after the validity period and cannot be extended. Buying a membership you already hold adds its sessions to your current membership; validity does not stack. If you miss a booked appointment without cancelling at least 2 hours in advance, one session is deducted from your membership.

Before your session

Please arrive with a clean face and avoid heavy makeup. Tell us in advance if you have Botox or fillers. A digital consent form must be signed before each appointment. For best results, consistency is key.

Your safety, our priority

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our team or does not follow our policies.

Member prices

Member prices are available to clients with an active WAJH membership, verified against our records.

Gift cards

Gift cards are for the specific service or membership shown on the card — they have no money value. Each card can be used once, by booking online with the card, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for a different service. Normal booking and cancellation rules apply once the session is booked.
