The programme
WAJH Rewards is WAJH's free consistency programme. It is not a discount, credit or cash programme and has no money value. Every WAJH client is included automatically from her first completed, paid WAJH workout — there is nothing to sign up for.
Each eligible WAJH face workout counts towards your rewards when it is completed and paid (including a session used from a WAJH membership), on or after the programme launch date. Bookings, deposits, membership purchases, gift-card purchases, permanent makeup, retail, complimentary sessions and loyalty rewards do not count. Cancelled, no-show and refunded workouts do not count, and a workout is removed from your progress if it is later refunded or cancelled.
Every 5 workouts unlock a reward: rewards 1 to 4 are a complimentary booster, reward 5 is a complimentary eligible WAJH workout, and then a new round begins. Your lifetime total is kept. Rewards are personal, can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and are used with a WAJH booking. A reward may have a use-by date, shown on your card. WAJH decides which workouts and boosters are eligible and may update the programme with notice on this page.
Keep training: if you have no completed WAJH workout for 45 days, your current progress restarts at 00. Rewards you have already unlocked keep their own use-by date. We remind you on WhatsApp and on your Apple Wallet card after 3 weeks, and again one week before your progress would restart.
Messages
After each workout you receive one short WhatsApp message from the WAJH number with your progress and a link to your card, plus the reminders above. Reply STOP at any time to stop these messages (your workouts still count); reply START to turn them back on.
Your data
To run WAJH Rewards we use your mobile number, first name and (if you give it) your birthday, together with your WAJH visit history from our booking system (Altegio). We use them only to run the programme: to recognise your visits, keep your progress and rewards, show your card on this website and in Apple Wallet, and answer your questions on WhatsApp. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your Apple Wallet card contains your first name, your progress and a private code; it never contains your phone number. You can remove the card at any time and still keep your progress. To leave WAJH Rewards or ask for your data, message WAJH on WhatsApp +965 9093 9044.
